"Peacock" is a classic stage image created by the famous dance artist Yang Liping. The series of works represented by "Spirit of Peacock" have reached the point where the audience thinks "she is the peacock, and the peacock is her". In the pursuit of art, Yang Liping is endless. After having the "shape" of a peacock and even the "spirit" of a peacock, she is still not satisfied. She wants to tell a richer and deeper story about "peacock". So, in 2012 , the dance drama "Peacock" was launched, which received rave reviews and attracted many viewers. Ten years later, the 2022 version of the dance drama "Peacock" has been restarted. With a brand-new stage form, meticulously crafted and refined modifications and adjustments, the first round of national tours in 2022 will be 50 shows in 12 places , all of which are sold out and unstoppable, and the "peacock wind" is blowing across the country. From 2023 to 2024 , "Peacock" will spread its wings again and arrive in more than 40 cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai, presenting more than 200 performances, bringing an unmissable visual and spiritual feast to audiences from all over the world!

As a special guest, Yang Liping personally participated in the "Winter" chapter. In the cycle of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, she presented the beauty of life questioning when all things wither and there is silence, the peacock dances in the snow and is reborn in Nirvana.
