About
After a master's degree in comparative literature in 1990, Véronique Timsit devoted herself to theater.
She has been assistant director since 1991 for shows by Philippe Honoré, Luc Bondy, Didier-Georges Gabily, Claudine Hunault, Serge Tranvouez, Klaus-Michael Gruber and Jean Bouchaud. She adapted and directed The Book of Animals after Raymond Lulle (1992) and Zoo after Viktor Chklovski (1996). Artistic collaborator of Jean-François Sivadier, she has been assisting him for all his theater and opera productions since 1998. She has been an artistic collaborator on La Loi du marcheur and with Nicolas Bouchaud, directed by Éric Didry. She realizes the adaptation of An ideal job, according to John Berger and collaborates in the show.
