Tles Shamgonovich Kazhgaliev - Kazakhstan composer. The son of the conductor Shamgon Kazhgaliev.

The author of the music from the performance of the State Russian Youth Theater of Kazakhstan (Alma-Ata) "Two in the Steppe" by Emanuel Kazakevich (staging and staging of the director, Honored Artist of Russia and Kazakhstan Boris Preobrazhensky). Tles Kazhgaliev’s songs were performed in the television concerts “Songs of the Year” on Central Television.
The orchestral compositions of Kazhgaliev are performed in different countries of the world. The London Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Marius Stravinsky included Kazhgaliev’s play “Kyz Kuu” in the concert program for the 16th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence on December 9, 2007. According to the British reviewer, the play “is full of colors and energy, beautiful, almost visible sounds that excite the imagination, forcing to represent a group of young horsemen, freely jumping through the boundless steppe swept by the wind ”.
Kazhgaliyev’s “Concert Shtuk”, as the Los Angeles Times reviewer believes, is “an excellent piece to start the concert, a short sparkling scherzo, peppered with fleeting references to Shostakovich” .
The creative heritage of Tles Kazhgaliev, who received a brilliant education at the Moscow Conservatory, enriched Kazakh professional music and is rightfully the hallmark of national symphonic and chamber music performed in Europe and America, where it invariably arouses the interest and appreciation of Western listeners, who are always accustomed to believing that Kazakhstan can only surprise with “exotic” folklore or with the performance of world famous classical music.
Kazhgaliev’s works “Concertshtuk”, a suite from the ballet “The Step Legend”, piano and orchestra concerts, viola with orchestra, a double concert for violin, flute and chamber orchestra and many others were included in the anthology of Kazakh musical culture and in the repertoire of such groups as the State Symphony RK Orchestra, State Chamber Orchestras "Academy of Soloists", "Camerata of Kazakhstan", Youth Symphony Orchestra of the State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy and others were performed in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Berlin, London, New York (Carnegie Hall), in Austria, Norway, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and other countries of the world, and often performed by foreign music groups.
