Tiziana Cisternino, soprano, was born in Milan. After completing his classical studies, she began studying singing at the "Giuseppe Verdi" Music Conservatory in Milan under the guidance of Professor Giovanna Canetti, graduating brilliantly. Later she completed his studies with Professor Silvana Manga and Maestro Alberto Soresina. Tiziana Cisternino soon began his concert career devoting himself to sacred music, chamber music and the romantic period, performing in solo recitals, with various chamber and symphonic ensembles, always achieving positive acclaim from audiences and critics. In 1986 she inaugurated the chapel of San Nazaro in Brolo, in Milan, with a sacred concert. In 1991 she performed the world premiere of "De rosis loversbus" by the composer Aleandro Ambrosi, for the Ente de "I pomeriggi Musicali di Milano". In 1994 Tiziana Cisternino recorded an anthology of poems and songs by Elsa and Ottorino Respighi, rediscovered by the biographer Respighiano Potito Pedarra, for the record company Nuova Era Records, the first world recording. Tiziana Cisternino has collaborated with the RAI of Milan, the Pomeriggi Musicali and with the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she carries out her artistic activity. Tiziana Cisternino is often a guest of the San Michele Polyphonic Choir and of the Oreno Chamber Orchestra.
