Sophie Neeb, born in Hong Kong in 2000, has been receiving piano lessons from Stefan Flemmerer since she was five years old. From September 2015 to July 2018 she was a junior student in piano at the Munich University of Music and Theater under Prof. Michaela Pühn. Since September 2018 she studies piano at the Tiroler Landeskonservatorium Innsbruck with Prof. Sebastian Euler.

Sophie Neeb has won numerous first prizes at Jugend musiziert at regional, state and federal level in piano solo, as a piano duo with her brother Vincent and as a piano accompanist, most recently a first prize at the federal level in summer 2017 in the category duo piano and clarinet with Lea Heilmaier ,

Sophie and her two years older brother Vincent Neeb are also very successful as a piano duo: At the German Music Competition 2019 they earned a scholarship, combined with the inclusion in the federal selection of concerts Young Artists, and special prizes. In November 2017, they received the "Primo Premio Assoluto" and numerous special prizes at the Concorso pianistico internazionale Roma for piano four hands. Shortly before, they were awarded a scholarship from the Hans and Eugenia Jütting Foundation Stendal. In the spring of the same year, they won the Monterosa Kawai Prize in the Chamber Music category at the 18th International Music Competition Valsesia in Varallo, Italy. In 2015 they were awarded the WDR Klassikpreis of the city of Münster. Subsequently, they received the first prize of the Southwest German Chamber Music Competition in Bad Dürkheim. In 2013 they won the competition of the International Piano Duo Festival in Bad Herrenalb and performed there with the Southwest German Chamber Orchestra Pforzheim.

In addition to the success of competitions, they have already formed numerous concert evenings as a duo, including 2017 in the International Rheinberger Gesellschaft Liechtenstein and 2016 New Year's Concert of the German Chopin Society in Darmstadt. They also appeared in August 2018 as part of the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival. Since 2019 they are scholarship holders of the association Yehudi Menuhin LIVE MUSIC NOW.

Sophie and Vincent have been studying piano with Shao-Yin Huang and Sebastian Euler since September 2018. In addition, they received important impulses from Yaara Tal and Andreas Groethuysen as well as Hans-Peter and Volker Stenzl.
