Sofiane Pamard* (born 1990 in Lille) is a French pianist and composer who masterfully combines classical and hip-hop. His discography includes 23 gold singles and four gold discs, as well as six platinum singles.
At the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics in France, he accompanied Juliette Armand, who performed John Lennon's "Imagine". Sofian sailed on a raft along the Seine, creating a unique atmosphere of this grandiose event.
From the age of 7 to 16, Sofiane Pamard studied piano at the National Conservatories of Lille. He graduated from the Conservatory with a gold medal. He received a university license in musicology, continued his studies at the Master's degree in law, economics and management in Lyon Holds an MBA degree from the School of Creative Industries Management in Levallois-Perret.
Since 2024, he has been permanently residing in Los Angeles.
Since 2021, he has been performing at major French and international venues (in the Louvre Auditorium, at the Montreux Jazz Festival, etc.), and has been actively touring.
He released a musical mini-album with Formula 1 driver Charles Leclair. He is known for numerous collaborations with French and Belgian rap artists. Since 2019, he has been developing a solo career, during which he has recorded albums: Planet (2019), Planet Gold (2021), Letter (2022) and Noche (2023).
Sofiane Pamard sang John Lennon's "Imagine" at the Paris 2024 Olympics opening.
