Sidiki Dembele moved to the UK in 2009, after touring for two and a half years as lead solo percussionist with the amazing touring circus company, Afrika! Afrika!.
He has played professionally since childhood and has been the figurehead of the accomplished Denifari company and school in his native Abidjan since its inception in 1999. The company has progressed and developed into a renowned performance phenomenon. He also tours with the prestigious Ballet Nimba.
Here in the North West of England, Sidiki continues to perform and teach, offering private lessons, group workshops and educational school sessions as well as community events and local festival appearances.
