About
Playa Cuberris is a rock band from Madrid, founded by Peto Girón and Álvaro Fernández.
In October 2013, Playa Cuberris released their first album: “Welcome to Nowhere”, produced at Westline Studios by Juan Blas, former leader of Nothink. This work led them to participate in various national festivals and to visit such media venues as the concerts of Radio 3 on TVE. In February 2017, Playa Cuberris gave birth to her second studio work "Enter a Matar" (Entrebotones), produced by Eduardo Molina and mixed by José Caballero at Neo Music Box studios. Their second album embarked the band on an extensive presentation tour that has taken them to all corners of the country, to be the opening act for bands such as Sidecars or Los Zigarros, to participate in numerous festivals and to celebrate their end of tour in a Joy Slavic to overflowing.
Currently, they are recording their third album under the production of the famous producer Nigel Walker, after having signed for the record company Warner Music Spain. His first single "Marte" was released on May 10, 2019.
