Pino Alosa perfects his academic training with various teachers, including: Victor Litvinov, Margherita Trayanova, Tuccio Rigano (Teatro dell'Opera di Roma), Robert Strajner, Walter Venditti (Teatro alla Scala of Milan) and Ricardo Nunez (Balletto Nacional de Cuba); at the same time he periodically goes to Cannes to study in the center of Rosella Hightower and in New York to take the classes of David Howard and Stanley Williams.

In his career as a dancer, Pino Alosa has always shown an excellent technical preparation and a ductility that led him to have numerous experiences also in the modern and contemporary field.

He has been a soloist and principal dancer of Italian and foreign companies such as: Louis Falco Dance Company, Grand Theater de Geneve, La Fenice Theater in Venice, Teatro Verdi in Trieste, Petruzzelli Theater in Bari, Aterballetto of Reggio Emilia, Italian Ballet Classical Company , Compagnia Artedanza of Rome, Italian Contemporary Dance Company; and danced as a partner of some Italian Etoiles including Luciana Savignano, Oriella Dorella, Susanna Proja and Marzia Falcon.

In addition to the various ballets of the classical repertoire and some of the Balanchinian, in his professional career he has participated in the creations of various neoclassical and contemporary choreographers including: Louis Falco, Oscar Araiz, Daniel Ezralow, Jeffrey Coley, Ronald Van Tigelen, Joseph Russillo, Hans Gruning, Amedeo Amodio, Vittorio Biagi.

As a choreographer Pino Alosa distinguished himself for some neoclassical creations he produced for the Italian Classical Ballet Company, and for one (Rain Man) winner in the modern category of the international competition "Vignale Danza 1992".

Since 1994 Pino Alosa has taught ballet in the major Italian professional centers, and the results achieved in a very short time have led him to be one of the most appreciated masters of the moment. Such consents and the excellent work on the technique of spikes developed in his lessons, they soon contributed to having it requested by numerous companies, including internationally.

At the end of June 1995, Charles Jude (Etoile of the Paris Opera) invited him for the first time to give classes to the Opera of Bordeaux, a company he had recently taken over.

Thus began a long collaboration from 1996 to 2002 which lasted over six years, during which he was called by Charles Jude as guest master for long periods of the season at the Opera de Bordeaux, and at the same time other Italian and foreign companies repeatedly invited him; these include Bayersches Staatsballet (Munich), Asociacion por la Danza de Madrid, (Spain), Portland Ballet School and Atlanta Ballet (USA) Rome Opera Theater, Arena di Verona, Aterballetto, Teatro Verdi in Trieste, Balletto Teatro of Turin (L.Furno), Teatro San Carlo of Naples.

With the French company he participated in the productions of Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Coppelia, Les Sylphides, Le Specter de la Rose, Swan Lake, Petrouchka, the midi d'Apres Faune, the Sleeping Beauty, the Corsair (pas de deux), Don Quixote, Naples (pas de six) and Raymonda (pas de dix), and also took part in their tours of the United States, Spain and France.

In the 2002-03 season, Pino Alosa, invited by the director Florence Clerc (Etoile of the Paris Opera), was maitre de ballet-assistant to the Director of the Ball at the Teatro Comunale in Florence (Majority).

In the 2003-04 season he left the Teatro Comunale di Firenze as a guest teacher at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Asociacion por la Danza de Madrid and the Aterballetto, after which he was invited as a ballet-master by Gradimir Pankov in Les Grandsballet Canadien of Montreal (Canada), where he worked on the company training in various productions, including the Balanchine Program, Romeo and Juliet, and Nutcracker.

In the 2005-06 season, Pino Alosa is once again the guest master ballet for the San Carlo Theater in Naples (directed by Elisabetta Terabust), the Aterballetto company (directed by Mauro Bigonzetti), the Professional Conservatory of Dance "Espinillo" in Madrid (directed by Alicia de La Corte), the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma (directed by Carla Fracci), the Compañia Nacional de Danza of Madrid (directed by Nacho Duato), the Balletto Teatro di Torino (directed by Loredana Furno), and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens (directed by Gradimir Pankov).

With the Canadian company he prepared the dancers during the Mats Ek and Jiri Kylian programs and also participated in the last US tour.

With the Aterballetto in the final of this season he took part in the last "Kuopio Dance Festival" in Finland. Stanton Welch artistic director of the Huston Ballet (U.S.A.), invited Pino Alosa to lecture his company during Giselle's Canadian tour in Montreal.

In September 2006 he was a guest master again for the Balletto Teatro di Torino of Loredana Furno, the Compañia Nacional de Danza of Madrid of Nacho Duato and the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, after which from January 2007 invited by the director Mikko Nissinen Pino Alosa was part of the ballet-master of the artistic staff of the Boston Ballet (USA) and at the end of the season he went to Singapore as an invited teacher for the state company Singapore Dance Theater.

Since September 2011, invited by the new artistic director Jose Martinez, Pino Alosa has a permanent position as Co-artistic director of the Compañía Nacional de Danza in Madrid.

Pino Alosa is currently the most requested Italian master internationally and he is also often called upon to participate as a teacher and commission member for company auditions, dance competitions and school and academy exams.
