Pablo Esbert Lilienfeld (Madrid, 1981). Choreographer, musician and dancer.
Pablo Esbert Lilienfeld completed Research Studios program at P.A.R.T.S. Brussels. He hold a BA in Audiovisual Communication Studies from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a degree in Contemporary Dance from the Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza de Madrid.
Lilienfeld's work was selected by the European network Aerowaves, in the AECID overseas catalogue and presented in contexts such as PACT Zollverein; FIDCU Montevideo; TEFAF Maastricht; Reina Sofía Museum or La Alhóndiga, Bilbao.
Since 2014 Pablo Esbert Lilienfeld collaborate with his husband, the visual artist Federico Vladimir Strate Pezdirc. Together they cover a tangled web of visual arts, documentary, electronic music, performance and dance. Their work has been presented in visual and live arts contexts like CA2M, Madrid; Santarcangelo Festival, Italy; Kasseler DokFest, Kassel; MACBA, Barcelona; Queer Lisboa; NAVE, Chile or Kunstraum, London.
Since 2012 he collaborate with the Italian choreographer Alessandro Sciarroni, awarded Venice Biennale’s Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement 2019. He collaborate as a musician with Chiara Bersani, Marco D’Agostin, Manuel Rodríguez, Janet Novás or Amy Bell as well.
