Oğulcan Yılmaz studied singing at the Hacettepe Conservatory in Ankara.
His repertoire includes roles such as Don Giovanni, Hawk (The Bat), dr. Malatesta (Don Pasquale) and Dulcamara (L'elisir d'amore). At the State Opera in Ankara in 2015 he was to be seen as Figaro (Le nozze di Figaro) and 2016 as Tobia Mill (La cambiale di matrimonio). He also participated in the 2016 Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro. As a result, he received lessons from Juan Diego Flórez and was heard as Lord Sidney (Il viaggio a reims). Since the season 2018/19 he is a member of the Opera Studio of the Bavarian State Opera.
