Massimo Orselli is a young percussionist that began his activity since he was a child (almost 7 years old). Now he is 26 and he is ready to work and to collaborate with you as soon as possible.
Here is the bio:
"Mr. Orselli plays congas, bongos, timbales, cajon, hangdrum and small percussions.
Mr. Orselli uses the independence of the arms to play multiple instruments together simultaneously (ex shaker- congas, timbales-congas, tambourine- congas, cajon-congas, cajon- cymbals- congas, congas- bongos, congas- cowbell, timbales- shaker, etc).
He began his studies at the music school of his hometown, studying drum set and percussions.
In 2014 he went to Perugia and attended the Clinic of Umbria Jazz held by the american college the "Berklee College of Music" in Boston (MA), going to get a scholarship of
$ 18,000.
He continued his studies with the ex- drummer of Jamiroquai, Maurizio Ravalico.
He had the opportunity to study with a big Italian percussionist Leo Angilla, one of the best Italian percussionist expert on independences.
He developed some Cuban tradition techniques with Valerio Perla.
At the Umbria Jazz Clinics Mr. Orselli studied with Fernando Huergo (great Berklee latin/jazz bass teacher).
He studied also with Ron Savage, one of the most important jazz-drum and percussions masters at the Berklee College Of Music.
Finally Mr. Orselli studied music theory with Glauco Venier at the “Conservatory Of Udine”.
