The last born among the youth formations of the Teatro Massimo, the Massimo Kids Orchestra debuted on July 17th 2017 at the Verdura Theater as part of the summer season "Summerwhere" with the show "Let's Kids", together with the Chorus of voices and the Choir Rainbow. In his complete training, he is composed of 110 boys between the ages of eight and fifteen, who come from the most diverse experiences and with different paths of musical literacy behind them; with the support of the tutors of the Teatro Massimo Orchestra they discover music and a sense of belonging to the community.
