Janne (Maria Ali) Schra (Laren, December 21, 1981) is a Dutch singer.
Schra grew up in Huizen and studied Audiovisual Media at the Utrecht School of the Arts. From 2001 to 2010 she was a singer and songwriter in the band Room Eleven with which she made two albums, "Six White Russians and a Pink Pussycat" and "Mmm ... Gumbo?" Room Eleven received two gold and one platinum record and toured through Canada, Japan, Europe and South Africa. After the band fell apart, Janne Schra continued with a new band, Schradinova, her painter's pseudonym, which debuted in October 2010. The debut album was called 'India Lima Oscar Victor Echo You' and 'Live in Kytopia' recorded by Kyteman.
From 2012 she performs under her own name. Her self-titled debut album was released in January 2013. In February 2015, her second album "PONZO" was released. She recorded this album together with her partner Torre Florim. In June 2018 the third album "OK" followed.
Schra has written songs with Kraak & Smaak, Sister Bliss, Benjamin Herman, Yuri Honing, De Staat, Happy Camper and Perquisite and sang in the song 'What another person says' by Lucky Fonz III.
