2nd./bass trombone at la Scala from 1990, studied with Arrigo Melosi at the “P. Mascagno” music school in his home town of Livorno. Formally Giuseppe Grandi played for the orchestras of Florence’s “Teatro Comunale” and the National Academy of “Santa Cecelia” (Rome).
Bass trombone of La Scala Opera House and La Scala Philharmonic Orchestra, he has previously been filling the same role in Florence Opera House “Maggio Musicale Fioretino”, and in the Orchestra of “S. Cecilia” in Rome.
