About
Born in Emilia on the banks of the Po, she graduated in literary civilization and history of civilization (curriculum) musicology) at the University of Parma and subsequently graduated specialist in History, criticism and organization of the arts and entertainment at the same university. In October 2010 she was selected to take part in the Music Activity training course Autonomous and Entrepreneurship (AMA) at the Teatro alla Scala Academy in Milan. Her passion for music and in particular her vocal practice led her to enroll in the Arrigo Boito Music Conservatory of Parma, where in 2015 he received his diploma in singing lyrical.
Interested in the voice in all its facets and potential, she studied harmonic singing with Anna Maria Hefele deepened the contemporary vocal repertoire at the Royal Conservatoire of Brussels under the guidance of Marianne Pousseur. He also studied with some of the greatest performers of the contemporary scene such as Alda Caiello, Donatienne Michel-Dansac, Andreas Fischer, Petra Hoffmann and Angelika Luz.
In 2016 he participated in the masterclass in Vocal Art and New Music Theater at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst (Stuttgart) and at the 4th temp hour international meeting (Bordeaux) between composers and performers; in February 2017 it was selected for impuls - 10th International Ensemble and Composers Academy for Contemporary Music (Graz), for whose participation received the support of the project DE.MO./MOVIN’UP II session 2016 by the Ministry of the Heritage and Cultural Activities and Tourism and GAI - Association for the Young Artists Circuit Italian. In 2018 he attended the annual course on the voice in the chamber repertoire of the '900 e contemporary held by Alda Caiello within the IDEA project of Divertimento Ensemble and it is was selected for participation in the Internationalen Ferienkurse für Neue Musik in Darmstadt. Interested in the performative aspect and the physicality of the vocal gesture in the contemporary repertoire, ha attended dance-theater courses with Nienke Reehorst and Verena Weiss, as well as having collaborated with directors and composers.
Performs the concert activity in Italy and abroad, dedicating himself both to the repertoire for solo voice and to chamber music with various formations from the duo to the octet. In June 2016 he took part in a tour in the United States with the Ensemble Musicaficta, directed by M ° Andrea Angelini. From 2017 he collaborates with the Chorus of the Teatro Regio di Parma, participating in various productions including Prometheus. Tragedy of listening by Luigi Nono, directed by Marco Angius e programmed in the opera season of the Teatro Regio di Parma, Musiques en fête, concert for the party of music in Orange (France), broadcast live by France3 and Tosca (opera season 2018).
In March 2018 he made his debut as Thimiau in Renato Miani's opera La notte di San Silvestro, performed in absolute premiere at the Concordia Auditorium in Pordenone.
