Founded in 2010, the Gamma Chorus chamber choir operates within the Accademia Corale Teleion of Poggio Rusco (MN). He has collaborated with institutions, schools, choral and orchestral groups such as the Cantori Gregoriani, Coro Sicardo of Cremona, Accademia MusiCaesena, Corale Discàntica, Schola Gregoriana of Mantua, Coro female F. Poulenc, Ensemble The beautiful bonds, The Madrigalists of Magliano in Toscana , choir and orchestra of the Conservatory L. Campiani of Mantua, Faventia Ensemble collecting appreciations both for the commitment in the diffusion of the choral culture and for the appreciable artistic level of the musical proposals.
During the first years of choral life the following compositions were performed: Missa O Magnum Mysterium by De Victoria, Feast of the Fat Thursday of Bankers, Miserere by Allegri, Gloria RV589, Magnificat RV610 and Credo RV 591 by Vivaldi, Missa Dolorosa by Caldara, Cantata BWV 4 Christ Lag in Todesbanden and Magnificat BWV 243 by Bach, Symphony on the Divine Comedy by Liszt, Quatre Motets sur des thèmes grégoriens by Duruflé, A little Jazz Mass and Chilcott's Jazz Songs of Innocence, along with important polyphonic pages from the Middle Ages to contemporaneity.
He had the opportunity to sing in prestigious venues including: Basilica degli Artisti in Rome; Church of S. Gregorio in Milan; Auditorium of the Oratory of S. Filippo Neri and Church of S. Sigismondo in Bologna; Basilica Palatina of S. Barbara, Cathedral, Basilica of S. Andrea, Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te in Mantua; Palazzo Ghini and Basilica of S. Agostino in Cesena; Basilica of S. Giovanni Evangelista in Ravenna; Colorno Palace (PR); Church of S. Maria Immacolata (Pavoniana) in Brescia; New Theater of Mirandola.
In 2017 he won the silver medal at the 35th F. Gaffurio di Quartiano National Competition, while the whole Academy was selected to participate in the Choir Day of the prestigious MiTo Settembre Musica festival. Another Po and Suoni e Colori took part in the choral festivals of Cori. In 2018 he founded the Teleion Choral Festival with the aim of spreading the choral culture through performance and training events also in synergy with extra-musical art forms.
