The instrumentalists of the ensemble Dolci Accenti come from different artistic and cultural experiences; met during the courses of study at the Conservatory of Vicenza, where they specialized in performing the musical repertoire of the seventeenth century and early eighteenth, deepening the study and research on original sources such as treatises, music, prints, manuscripts and chronicles of the time.
Parallel to the interest in instrumental music of that period, they turned their attention to vocal music and its expressive potential. The ensemble, which plays with copies of original instruments, interprets and is particularly interested in the musical production of one of the most flourishing, varied and rich periods of not only Italian music.
Dolci Accenti ensemble, among other concert associations, was invited to the Medieval Arts Festival of Sighisoara (Romania) in July 2000, where he recorded for Romanian radio, in Vilnius (Lithuania) at Lietuvos Musikos Akademia. From 2002 to 2006 he was a guest at the Festival of Monte Acuto (Sardinia), and in the following years at the music friends of Milazzo, Caltanissetta, the Bellini Association of Messina, the international festival of Bosa Antica, the festival of Bocche, the Sonority festival reserved, Ravenna festival, International Festival Timeless notes.
The musicians of the ensemble Dolci Accenti collaborate with the most important Italian and foreign groups, (I Barocchisti, Radio Svizzera Italiana, Venice baroque Orchestra, Auser musicians, De Labyrintho just to name a few), recording records for labels such as Tactus, Stradivarius, Glossa , Sony, Naxos, Deutsch Grammophone, K617, Arts, Bongiovanni, Dynamic, CPO, etc.
The ensemble Dolci accenti has recorded the integral of the unpublished sonatas of Br. Ruhe for viola da gamba and continuo, and recently a CD of music of the Italian 600 entitled "Occhi Vaghi e leggiadri".
