If we look at the musical map of 18th century Europe, there is nothing left to do but to say it right - in every major city, in aristocratic residences, theater orchestras, Czech musicians were active in all major music centers. They brought a distinctive tone to European music, many technical and expressive novelties and inspiration from the melody of Czech folk songs. Moreover, each time had and has its "bigbeat", which does not leave the listener in peace and literally lifts it from the chair. This is also the case with the musical styles between Baroque and Romanticism. They include many shades of drama and provocation. Music should entertain, impress, energize publicly or privately. And exactly this atmosphere Ensemble 18+ wants to convey at their concerts two hundred and fifty years later.
