Diego Passoni (Monza, 21 September 1976) is an Italian radio host, television host and dancer.
He graduated in accounting and enrolled in the faculty of educational sciences, which he left after a year to move to France where he taught Italian and studied dance.
Back in Italy he enrolled at an academy for musicals in Milan, where he got the chance to have several engagements to dance on television with Billy More, with Alexia, at the Festivalbar and at Super.
He became veejay for the GAY.tv channel, and later became a radio host for Radio Deejay, where he currently leads Pinocchio, with La Pina, his great friend, known in the studios of GAY.tv.
From March 2008 on Bonsai TV, the exclusive channel produced by Endemol, leads the talk show Life Sharing, where young Italians are interviewed. From September 2008 he is one of Scorie's envoys the comedy program aired in late evening on Monday on Rai 2 after X Factor.
In January 2010 he leads the television show of Deejay TV Nientology, together with La Pina, while in 2011 he is still alongside Pina as a columnist for the reality show Uman - Take Control !, aired on Italia 1.
Since October 2011 he has been running the talent show Lato C on Deejay TV, airing on Saturday evening.
In 2012 he was one of the commentators of the ninth edition of the reality The island of the famous, led by Nicola Savino on Rai 2, while again in television he led Dimmi when on Deejay TV in 2014, hosting successful musical characters.
In 2015 he won the Golden Headphones together with Pinocchio's team for the Best Show category. The following year, he won a "Diversity Media Award", an award dedicated to supporting the LGBT cause in the various media channels, in the "Best radio program" category, again with his Pinocchio.
During the summer 2016 she participates as a competitor of the fifth edition of the Beijing Express reality show, broadcast from September on Rai 2, forming together with Cristina Bugatty the couple of tax payers. The duo arrives in the final finishing in second place.
In the winter of 2016-2017 he leads, together with Andrea Delogu, the first edition of the Dance Dance Dance talent show, broadcast on Fox Life and Fox. Shortly afterwards Rai called him back to replace Ema Stokholma to comment on the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 on Rai 4, again with Delogu.
On 24 June 2017 he married his partner Pier Mario Simula.
