Denise Maria Gazzo was born in 1992 and has been dancing since she was four years old. After studying in various schools in the Veneto region, she concludes his course by attending the last three years at the Teatro alla Scala Academy where she graduates. Denise Gazzo currently works at the Teatro della Scala.
During the years of the academy Denise has the opportunity to take part in the Don Quixote in Florence, at Lago dei Cigni and Jewels at La Scala. These were her first experiences on the great Italian stages.
After the academy, Denise interpreted various roles at La Scala: Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle both in Milan and on tour in Brazil and China; a Raymonda solo; in Manon she plays one of the two prostitutes; dances the Pas de Trois in Emeralds and the Pas de Trois in Swan Lake; in Romeo and Juliet it is one of the three gypsies and one of Kitri's two friends in Don Quixote. Ratmansky's Russian Season Dance and Diana and Acteone's double step on tour in Poland. In the new creation of the Scala for Vasco Rossi "The other half of the sky" is one of the three main performers and in the opera Aida di Zeffirelli danced as the main couple.
