Denis Rodkin is a Russian classical dancer, principal dancer of the Bolshoi Theater, winner of the President of the Russian Federation Prize in 2018.
Born in Moscow. In 2009, graduated from the Moscow State Academic Dance Theatre Gzhel and joined the Bolshoi Ballet Company. At the end of 2014-15 season he was promoted to the principal dancer.
Rehearsed with Nikolai Tsiskaridze and Yuri Vladimirov and is currently working under the supervision of Alexander Vetrov.
In 2013, graduated from the Teaching Faculty of the Moscow Academy of Choreography
The ballet dancer's extensive repertoire includes roles such as Siegfried and the Evil Genius in "Swan Lake," Prince Desiree in "Sleeping Beauty," Basil in "Don Quixote," Count Albert in "Giselle," Jose in "Carmen Suite," and the Nutcracker Prince.
