Daol Kwon started to play the piano at the age of 4. Although she was a child, her father found out that she was attracted to the sound of the piano and led her to piano. 
Since then, the piano has become a new world of her life.

She received many acclaims as a powerful young pianist and she has won over 20 national awards and began to be acknowledged. Her accolades include the 1st prize at 8th National Music Competition hosted by Korean Music Newspaper at the age of 7, he 3rd prize at Arts Competition(Piano division) hosted by Yongin City, the 1st prize at Calvin University National Music Competition, and the 1st prize at the Korea times Piano Competition(Junior division)

In 2010, she continued to extend her performance experiences at “Lyon International Academy of Music” in France and Youngsan Yangjae Art Hall in 2012, and next year, she was invited to perform at AKZ Academie Music Festival in Germany. She showed the impressive musical maturity and proved as a professional performer not only in Korea but also in foreign country.

She is constantly practicing to improve her skills. Every time she plays concert, she received many acclaims as intelligent, beautiful and powerful young pianist to mastery from audiences. 
"I know it is important to practice, but sometimes it is more important for me just analyzing the music and drawing the picture of music in my head to make my own musical color. As these works are repeated, it's getting clearer to find my own colors of music."

After graduating from Yewon School, she studied abroad to Germany at Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln in 2015 and learned various repertoire of music and gained the performance experiences. In addition to her career, she played with Berliner Kammer-Orchester at Germany Berliner Philharmonie Kammermusiksaal in Berlin and FRENCH CHAMBER ORCHESTRA for Celebrating the 130th Korea-France diplomatic relations at COEX Auditorium in Seoul.

It is natural for her to share the talent with neighbors. She helps children in many countries in South America through Korean compassion as her parents have been done. Sponsored by GS Caltex and Gwangju University Music, she performed concert in Korea, and she continuously participated in the 2017 WORLD CHORAL FESTIVAL’ held in Carnegie Hall, New York, in 2017, a sponsorship event for pediatric patients with cancer as a part of sharing her talents with others through her performances.

She said, "It was thankful to share my talents with patients, and I was rather impressed by the love and warm heart of the audience.“
