You'll visit farms, sample local specialities and drinks, have lunch in a historic restaurant and try local wines at a winery.Set off in the morning, and we'll drive to the inland village of Kosharitsa to visit a bee farm. You'll taste the pure natural honey as well as sweet honey brandy and a lemon and orange infusion known as medovina. Next up is the highland hamlet of Erkech, where you'll see a wool-carding machine at work, try traditional Bulgarian bread and find out how local yoghurt is made.Drop by a distillery to taste some brandy, and you'll witness a performance of folkloric songs and dances before breaking for a late lunch.
