Christopher Temporelli is an American singer based between the USA and South Korea leading a multifaceted international career. 

He appears on concert stages throughout the world -- in the Americas, East Asia and Europe -- as a highly acclaimed singer and concert artist. He appears in TV, film as well as has extensive experience in radio-- and for the spring 2017 season begins a much anticipated, BEFM (Busan English Radio, FM90.5/103.3) first all Classic Radio program, Morning Classics.

Opera highlights include his debut with Michigan Opera Theater --hailed “triumphant” by the Detroit Theater Examiner. Opera News named him “a vibrant force” (Philip Glass’Orphee) and “macho” (Glimmerglass Festival). For his Canadian debut (Toronto, Opera Atelier) music critic Paula Citron (Globe and Mail) declared him “clearly one to watch--the total package. ”

He has sung the USA and Italian national anthems for the Columbus Day Parade Gala at the NYC Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, other guests including pop icon, Lady Gaga, and has appeared on the red carpet of the Columbus Day Parade on 5th Avenue to millions of viewers worldwide. Maria Bartiromo (CNBC/ Fox) introduced him on ABC TV fondly, “you’re going to love him--beautiful. ” 

Other notable credits: Concert Hall of the Kennedy Center (Washington D.C.); National Arts Centre Orchestra (Ottawa, Maestro Pinchas Zukerman); Weill Hall, Carnegie Hall and in Asia a co-production between Beseto Opera and the Prague State Opera at Seoul Arts Center Main Opera House. 

He has served as visiting professor for classical singing at a number of South Korea universities and has served as adjudicator on national and international competitions. His recording, House of the Storyteller, with pianist Quetin Kim, had him named, “one of the most beautiful bass voices of his generation,” on Seoul, KBS radio.
