The lower Austrian singer, Christiane Döcker, was born in 1988 and received her first musical training from pre-school age with a recorder and transverse flute. 

Immediately after graduating, she first studied music education and Italian in Vienna (Mag.art. 2015) and vocal pedagogy (degree with Honours BA 2014). The mezzo-soprano is currently studying with Margit Klaushofer and in the song class of Charles Spencer at the University of music and Performing Arts Vienna.

She is the first winner of the 2008 Prima la Musica competition in Zeillern, won the 1st prize of the 2013 Oscar Straus operetta competition and was a finalist of the 21st International Johannes Brahms competition in Pörtschach in 2014.

Christiane Döcker collected his first opera experience at the Opera Klosterneuburg 2011 as Una Donna in "Le nozze di Figaro" (ML: V. Praxmarer, director: M. v. Stegmann). In 2013 she made her debut at the Salzburg Festival as a teaching boy in Richard Wagner's" Die Meistersinger " by the Young Singer Project. Currently, the young singer was the third lady in W. A. Mozart's "Die Zauberflöte" at the Opera Klosterneuburg 2014 (ML: T. Rösner, directed by I. Gregor) and at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt (ML: T. Rösner, directed by Schlösser). At the Stadttheater Klagenfurt she will also make her debut as Hippolyta ("Midsummer Nights Dream) and Mercédés ("Carmen") in the 2015/16 season.

Christiane Döcker maintains her active concert activity with performances at church concerts and recitals. In 2010 she was heard in the glass Hall of the Vienna Musikverein with songs by Hugo Wolf. (Piano: Stephen Delaney) for More recitals she gave in the Abbey of Lilienfeld, pen Seitenstetten and the monastery of Göttweig. Her Repertoire includes Symphony No. 9 by Ludwig van Beethoven, Anton Bruckner's "Te Deum" and various exhibitions by Joseph Haydn and W. A. Mozart. In 2014 she performed with songs by Paul Hindemith at the Musikverein Wien and Brucknerhaus Linz. At the festival Österreichische Musikwochen Bulgaria 2014, she also gave a song evening of Austrian composers. Most recently, Christiane Döcker was able to experience with Norman Luboffs African Mass with the new Vienna voices at the Konzerthaus Wien.
