The ATOS Trio is a German piano trio that was founded in 2003 and has played with the same line-up since then.
The name ATOS stands for Annette - ThOmas - Stefan, the members of the trio. The trio has its center of life in Berlin.

The ATOS Trio has established itself as one of the best piano trios to perform in public today. After intensive studies with Ilan Gronich, Menahem Pressler and the Alban Berg Quartet, the trio won the German Music Competition, the Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson International Trio Award and the Melbourne Chamber Music Competition. A New Generation Artists Award from the BBC and a Borletto Buitoni Award soon followed.
Since then, the ATOS Trio has played in many renowned halls around the world - in Carnegie Hall in New York, the Berlin Philharmonie, the Teatro Colon Buenos Aires, the Wigmore Hall in London and the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, to name just a few - with a repertoire which contains all the masterpieces of piano trio literature as well as many lesser known treasures.
