Born in Granada, in December 1971, in the Albaicín neighborhood, which houses a neighborhood as emblematic for flamenco as the Sacromonte. From his childhood he listens to the flamenco sounds that come out of the zambras and lives with interest and childish curiosity the atmosphere that is breathed there.
This is how he takes his first steps singing at parties and collaborating with artists of the zambras, as well as in party halls and venues that demand his singing. On the way, expectations are opened and he is called to sing abroad accompanying the dance. Thus, he works in different theaters and halls in France, Belgium or Japan.
Subsequently, he participates in flamenco cycles such as Los Veranos del Corral del Carbón, in the Peña Flamenca La Platería or in the I Flamenco Festival of the Alpujarras (in which he shares a cartel with Estrella Morente, Marina Heredia, Paco Cortés, Miguel Ochando and Miguel Angel Polite, among others)
Subsequently, it is requested by the artistic direction of the most important flamenco tablao in Barcelona, 'El Cordobés', in which he works for six months and to which he returns a year later, required by the management staff of said tablao. In his experience in singing for dancing, it should be noted that he has sung, among others, for dancers such as Juan Andrés Maya, Mariquilla or Andrés Peña.
