Antonino Iuorio (born 29 March 1963) is an Italian actor, theatre director and artist.
Born in Naples in March 1963. He lives in Rome. He has worked in the cinema with Federico Fellini, Terry Gilliam, Dario Argento, Marco Risi, Damiano Damiani, Bigas Luna, Mario Martone, Antonio Capuano, Sergio Cabrera, Luciano Odorisio, Stefano Incerti, Carl Haber, Joseph Sargent, Alessandro Benvenuti, Tonino Zangardi, the Taviani Brothers, the Manetti Bros. and Franco Bernini.
In theatre with Luca Ronconi, Klaus Gruber, Tony Servillo, Mario Martone, Antonio Neiwiller, Egisto Marcucci, Ninni Bruschetta, Valter Malosti, Beppe Navello, Cherif, George Pressburgher, Abel Ferrara, Adriana Martino.
He won the Ubu Award in 1992 for the Transfiguration of Benno Il ciccione by Albert Innaurato, the silver plaque Saint Vincent 1995 as an actor revelation for the verifier by Stefano Incerti and Ivo Il tardivo by Alessandro Benvenuti, the Fondi La Pastora Award and the "Cinema and Society" Award. In 2007 he directed Talem by Sergi Belbel. In 2008 he directed Hinkemann by Franz Xavier Kroetz and Manhattan Medea by Dea Loher. In 2011, he signed the direction of Walk On The Fire of Ulrike Freising.
For some years, in parallel with his activity as an actor and theater director, he has been engaged in the field of Contemporary Art.
