Antonella Albano, born in Bari in 1982, graduated from the Pas De Deux School of Fasano-Bari, following the Vaganova method with teacher Silvia Humaila.
After having followed several internships with classical and contemporary masters, she won the "Scarpetta d 'Oro" in Verona as the best female performer, and subsequently obtained admission to the studies of the National Academy of Dance in Rome.
In 1995 Antonella Albano was admitted to studies at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, and after a year at the "Giovanissimi Talenti Competition" of the Teatro Nuovo in Turin she received a special mention as a soloist, and in the Bari Danza group competition he received the award as best female performer . Antonella Albano is classified as a semifinalist at the "Prix de Lausanne"; is admitted to the Young International Ballet in Cannes and in '98 participates in the competition "Eurocity city of Livorno", obtaining the scholarship for the "Princesse Grace di Monte Carlo" dance academy and for La Scala.
From 1999 she was awarded numerous prizes and in 2000 she joined the Ballet Company of the Teatro alla Scala where she is currently engaged.

Nureyev, (solo role), Who Cares, cor.G.Balanchine (role of first dancer).
