Born in Bergamo in 1968, he began his studies at the G. Donizetti Conservatory. He made his debut in 1993 in the opera Madama Butterfly after winning the XLII International Competition G. Belli di Spoleto. Later he played various roles: Colline in La bohème and Angelotti in Tosca by G. Puccini; Capellio in I Capuleti e i Montecchi, Oroveso in Norma and Lord Valton in I Puritani by V. Bellini; Raimondo in Lucia di Lammermoor and Noè in The universal flood by G. Donizetti; Ferrando in Il trovatore, Loredano in I due Foscari, Jorg in Stiffelio, Monterone and Sparafucile in Rigoletto, Pietro in Simone Boccanegra, Papa Leone in Attila, Silva in Ernani, Ramfis in Aida and Banco in Macbeth by G. Verdi; Sarastro in The Magic Flute by W. A. ​​Mozart; Don Basilio in The Barber of Seville by G. Rossini and others in various theaters such as the Chiabrera of Savona, the Comunale of Modena, the Comunale of Bologna, the Concert Hall of Athens, the Verdi of Padua, the Sferisterio of Macerata, the Verdi of Pisa, Verdi of Trieste, Donizetti of Bergamo, Grande of Brescia, Carlo Felice of Genoa, Teatro dell'Opera of Rome, Massimo of Palermo, Arena of Verona, Fenice of Venice and others yet.
