The baritone Alberto Cazes, is a graduate of the National School of Lyric Art, Montevideo, Uruguay.
He makes his national debut with "The Telephone", by Menotti and international with "les troyens" by Berlioz, at Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires.
He has played first roles in Opera, Zarzuela and Opereta, Figaro (barbiere di Siviglia), Rigoletto, Germont (La traviata), Enrico (Lucia di Lammermoor) Scarpia (Tosca), Belcore (elisir d'amore), Escamillo (Carmen), Valentin (Fausto), Marcello (la boheme), etc.Joaquín (bunch of roses) Julian (verbena de la paloma) German (soto del parral), Miccone (Dogaresa), Juan (los gavilanes), Eguía (port tavern) , Juan Pedro (saffron rose), Mario (legend of the kiss), Roque (Marina), Vidal (Luisa Fernanda), etc.
