Adam Kutny, born in Poznań in 1992, is a graduate of the Jerzy Kurczewski Choir School in Poznań and the Pacific Boychoir Academy in Oakland (USA). In 2016, he completed his master's degree in opera singing and acting at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of music in Poznań. He is a prizewinner, among others. the following singing competitions: Mercedes-Viñas special prize at the singing competition "Francisco Viñas" (Barcelona), first prize at the competition "Iuventus Canti" (Vráble), third prize at the competition "Jan Kiepura", special prize at the singing competition "Rinaldo Pelizzoni" (Parma) and Third prize at the 4th International Singing Competition "Reszków" (Częstochowa). He sang under Maestro Kai Bumann, the "St. Matthew Passion" (Jesus), and "Johannes-Passion" in the Artur Rubinstein Philharmonic in Łódź, and Don Pizarro in Beethoven's "Fidelio" in the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz. In 2015, he was as Escamillo in "Carmen" by Georges Bizet in the Szczecin Opera house as Belcore in Gaetano Donizetti's "L'elisir d'amore" at the Opera in Bydgoszcz and 2017 as Figaro in "Le nozze di Figaro" at the Bregenz festival. From 2014 to 2016 he was a fellow of the Ministry of education for the most gifted students in Poland. In 2015/16 he received a scholarship from the minister of culture of Poland. Since February 2017, he has been a member of the International Opera Studio of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden and a fellow of the Liz Mohn cultural and Music Foundation.
