Abdysagin Rakhat-Bi Tolegenuly - composer and pianist, Master of Arts, Laureate of the Daryn State Prize (Republic of Kazakhstan), holder of the President’s Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan “E Daryndy Onnerpazka”, awarded with the “Merit in the Development of Culture and Art” sign of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly . Winner of the National Project “100 New Persons of Kazakhstan” (2017). In the media he is often called "Kazakh Mozart."

Rakhat-Bi Abdysagin wrote music at the age of 10, at the age of 13 he became a student. Father - Kozhamkulov Tolegen Abdysagievich, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, processor, academician of the Academy of Sciences.

Rakhat-Bi is the winner of a number of international competitions, a member of the Association of Laureates of the International Competition named after P.I. Tchaikovsky. On April 9, 2018, his premiere of Des Pensées de loin (Thoughts from afar) for 24 flutes, written for the French Flute Orchestra, premiered in Paris.
