- Reservations may be cancelled when requested at least 48 hours prior to departure (unless expressly stated otherwise). In this case refunds will be provided, less a 10% service fee.
- For cancellation requested less than 48 working hours prior to departure no refund will be provided.
- No refund will be provided for no shows or late arrivals
- Please be aware that starting from April 25th and on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice.
