Spanning generations and continents, the program resonates with themes of brotherhood, peace and the unyielding belief in democracy and freedom. Inspired by a poem of 19th-century Odessa-born poet Shaul Tchernichovsky, the performance unfolds in a tapestry of luminous melodies, subtle textures and stirring contrasts.
