Anchored by Fred Onovwerosuoke’s Duo Piano Sonata, their virtuosic dialogue channels indigenous rhythms and vocal patterns into a richly textured sonic tapestry. Interwoven with solo works drawn from Nigeria’s 20th-century art music legacy, the programme showcases folk-inspired melodies, complex polyrhythms, and harmonic explorations unique to the Nigerian Art Music School.
