Let analysis meet instinct in an unforgettable musical conversation.Born from playful counterpoint lessons and conversations in Berlin, this concert celebrates the delicate balance between analysis and instinct. The first half explores the Impressionist world with works drawn from the French repertoire, enriched by on-stage commentary, creative reinterpretations and improvised diversions that reveal fresh facets of familiar melodies. In the second half, the boundaries dissolve completely: the performers craft entirely spontaneous duets at two grand pianos, inviting the audience to fuel the creation with musical or extra-musical prompts. The result is an immersive journey that honors tradition while embracing the thrill of the unexpected.
