THE MUSIC

Patrick Doyle’s “Hogwarts Hymn”, from the fourth Harry Potter film, evokes the mysterious and dark world of the Triwizard Tournament. Nicholas Hooper composed “Dumbledore’s Farewell” for the fifth and sixth films, helping to shape and mature the musical language of the Harry Potter series. Alexandre Desplat created “Lily’s Theme” and composed the scores for the final two instalments of the film series, providing a magnificent and unforgettable finale and musical experience.
THE MAGICAL FILM ORCHESTRA
This magnificent film music is performed by the Magical Film Orchestra, an ensemble specially assembled for the Harry Potter concerts and working primarily with state orchestras from across Europe.
