Overview
Join this two hours cooking course to learn the secrets on how to make traditional italian ice cream and fresh fruit sorbet. In a stylish school kitchen with a local and passionate Chef, enjoy this friendly cooking class for this very Italian coulinar class.Your trustworthy Italian Chef will ask to cut down the fresh fruits for the sorbets, while the ingredients of the ice-cream get mixed up into the machine. Afterwords, swapping around between the two activities, you can also read the dosages on a Recipe Book that you can bring home to make this sweet desserts with family and friends. Finally, when everything is ready you will put the portions into nice glasses and enjoy these sweet desserts with the rest of the group.
