Overview
Join this private tour and discover everything about Valpolicella and DOP olive oils!You will walk in the garden of Olive Trees, listening to the stories of the family who runs the estate. You will see the old traditional secret room where the oil is collected, followed by a visit to the authentical ancient cellar. You will learn how the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made and how to read and recognize an original Italian Oil label.Then you will join a great-tasting through Italian olive oils from different regions: Tuscany, Liguria, Apulia, Veneto and you will learn how to distinguish them by sight, smell, and taste.Oil tasting is paired with local cheeses called Monte Veronese (different aging) Salami from Valpolicella and fresh S.Anna bread.Enjoy your visit on our amazing terrace with a unique view on the Valpolicella's hills!
