Overview
Discover Sydney in luxury on this full-day private guided tour and learn its history through its top sites (and hidden ones too): Sydney city, The Rocks, Eastern Suburbs, the Central Business District (CBD), Mrs. Macquaries Point for views of the Sydney Opera House, and many more.Starting from Sydney's old town - The Rocks - you'll hear of the early convict history and continue through the financially focused Central Business District(CBD). Then, in Mrs. Macquaries Point, you'll see views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge before admiring the homes of the rich and famous through the Eastern Suburbs. Next, as you'll travel to the southern shores, bays and coves of Sydney Harbour, you'll see one of the most natural harbours in the world. You'll take a break at Watsons Bay and The Gap with the option for a 15-minute clifftop walk at the entrance of Sydney Harbour. You'll spend the afternoon exploring the eastern beaches and coastline including Tamarama, Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra beaches. Then, you'll marvel at La Perouse overlooking Botany Bay where the explorer, Captain Cook, first landed on Australian soil in 1770. From here, you´ll go to Centennial Park which is a rambling 189-hectare expanse full of horse riders, joggers, cyclists and in-line skaters. You'll indulge in a late afternoon coffee or refreshment at a local café in Paddington and have time to wander the tree-lined streets.
