Overview
Your trip begins establishing a course towards the city of San Salvador de Jujuy. Through the access Yala begins the ascent and the famous ravine. Gradually, the vegetation will disappear to give way to the Brittany landscape defined by peculiar stratifications that recreate the view by its colors and shapes. You will stop at the town of Purmamarca for 30 minutes approximately. Here you can admire the Hill of Seven Colors and the old Chapel of Santa Rosa de Lima of 1648.Next, you continue towards Tilcara, where you will visit the famous Pucara. This ancient indigenous fortress is framed in a beautiful frame of polychrome mountains. The tour continues to the city of Humahuaca, where you can admire many geological formations that make the landscape a unique place. Explore the beautiful streets of colonial characteristics in Humahuaca, the Independence monument, the cathedral, and the municipal building. Here you have time for lunch (not included). For the return, there will be interesting activities such as a visit to the small chapel of Uquía. Appreciate valuable pieces of mystical colonial art and some works from the old school of painting in Cuzco.
