Overview
Leave Rome in the morning and get ready to reach the Roman countryside. Once in Borgo, a medieval village, you'll meet your sommelier guide, take a walk in a private cellar and learn all the secrets of wine processing.Then, move to the restaurant to taste an Italian pre-dinner including a selection of regional cheese, cut meat and Roman-style dishes.
