Overview
A visit to the Green Elephant Sanctuary Park is one of the most rewarding experiences in Phuket. Not only will you enjoy an incredibly up-close encounter with the kings of the jungle but you'll also be helping protect them. Join in at feeding time and mingle with them in a freshwater pool and a shower.Heading into the rainforest, you'll pass remote beaches and rolling hills before arriving at the shelter. It rescues elephants from all over Thailand. Enjoy a presentation on the park's vision and the endangered Asian elephant. You can then help feed them before changing into bathing gear and mucking in with them in a freshwater pool. The sanctuary's photographers will be on hand to take snaps of you and your new pals frolicking in the water.You'll then get to wash off under an XXL shower with the elephants – it's so much fun. Once you're all cleaned up, sit down for an authentic Thai buffet meal. There'll then be time to say your goodbyes to your elephant friends before leaving.
