Get ready to discover the tastes of France as you take part in a culinary experience discovering the French market culture and learning how to cook a delicious meal with a chef.You'll meet your chef and head to their local market, filled with open-air stalls and fresh, local ingredients. As you peruse the rows of vendors with your chef, you'll discuss the French tradition of the market, and work together to pick out what you'll be making for lunch. At the end of your market visit, you'll travel with your chef to their nearby Parisian apartment.With culinary experience ranging from classic restaurants to good old-fashioned home cooking, our chefs will offer you a fun and informative class. In this exciting and engaging experience, you'll learn how to enhance flavor in fresh, local produce. The chefs will demonstrate their excellent cooking skills gathered from years of experience. Familiar with cooking in restaurants and at home, the chefs will guide and support even participants with little culinary experience – so have no fear! The chef will share simple recipes with you which you can later make at home to impress your friends and family. And, of course, you'll finish the class by enjoying the meal you've just prepared!
