Overview
Spend an unforgettable experience outdoor and find out more about wine production thanks to a tour of the winery and a tasting of local wines. Meet your host in the hilly territory so dear to King Frederick II of Swabia and begin your experience with a pleasant naturalistic walk that will take you to the winery. Here you'll get to know the fascinating world of wine and the technique of tasting with local experts. The first stop of your tour will be the cellar, that spreads on 600 square meters and resumes the square shape of the typical Sicilian baglio. Find out more about the winery's history and open the tap of a tank to taste the wines that are still being processed. Passing by the bottling area you will reach the aging room of red wines, among barrels and barriques. You will complete your experience with a tasting of typical local products, including cheeses, salami and olives accompanied by two wines that evoke the warmth of the Mediterranean; a versatile, fresh and savory white wine typical of the hills and a fruity bouquet red wine.
