Overview
There are many ways to experience a territory and one of these is the splendid ride with the horse-drawn carriage to discover the Sicilian countryside.With the blond horse Olivia you will pass through the vineyards and olive groves of the farm to get to the top of the hill to admire the sea. The visit to the animal area will lead you into the wonderful world of horses to get to know them and their habits up close. Immersed among the rows of the vines we reachthe wine cellar that takes up the typical square shape of the nineteenth -century Sicilian rural farm. On this guided tour visitors will discover thesecrets of wine, share the thrill of tasting wines from the tanks, enjoy thewalk among the wooden barrels In the winery or in the veranda overlooking the garden, you will then enjoy a delightful brunch of five typical Sicilian appetizers, including local cheeses, tasty salami, vegetables grown in the farm garden, homemade bread with olive oil, organic honey and delicious citrus jellies. The brunch will be enriched by the tasting of a white and a red wine.
