Overview
If you'd like to celebrate your big day, whether it's your birthday or anniversary with a tribal group in Kenya, then look no further. The Maasai will welcome you warmly and help you celebrate with the lively singing and dancing that will surely make your special day even more memorable. Starting from Nairobi, you will be driven into the rural Maasai heartland in the Great Rift Valley. Once you arrive, one of the elders will take you on a tour to explain how the Maasai manage these precious lands. Then, meet the young Maasai warriors (morans), who explain their rites of passage as they become the defenders of the tribe and then dress up in traditional Maasai shuka clothing.Once you're dressed the part, you will enjoy lunch together with locals as you sing, dance, and mingle with them. You'll also be able to create your own piece of highly decorative Maasai beaded jewelry and keep it as a souvenir for your amazing day with the tribal community in Kenya.
