Overview
The Biosphere Reserve Ria Celestún is the primary site of pink flamingos wintering in the northern hemisphere. Moreover, it is home to over 300 species of birds and a variety of plants, reptiles, and mammals.This tour allows you to admire a large number of birds, including colonies of beautiful pink flamingos. You will enjoy a boat ride through the mangroves and if you wish, you can also swim. You will cross a mangrove area and see the lush vegetation that surrounds you while sailing through red waters. End your experience on the beach of Celestún, where you can eat and bathe on the beach. The view of this paradise is exceptional, it is part of the heritage of the special reserve and has also been officially declared a wildlife refuge since 1979.
